Grilled Big Fat Belly Redfish

- 4 Redfish filets (skin/scales still attached on one side)

- 2 large lemons

- 1 4 oz. jar of garlic spread (softened)

- Your choice of either Big Fat Belly Good Original or Hot Cajun Seasoning


Prepare grill and light the fire. Wash the filets in clean, cold water. Coat the meat of each filet with the garlic spread. Shake either Big Fat Belly Good Original or Hot Cajun Seasoning to coat the Redfish evenly. Add lemon slices on the filets. Place the fish (scale side down) on the heated grill. Close the lid. Cooking time will depend on the thickness of the filets. When the meat is white throughout and flaky, it's done. Do not overcook.
